Ownership & Intellectual Property All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Nose Lab and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Use of Website This website is intended for personal use, including the purchase and booking of experiences. Any misuse of the site or its contents for third-party commercial gain or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to modify content, prices and conditions without prior notice.
Booking & Payments All experiences must be booked in advance and can be scheduled up to 6 months ahead. Payment is due on the day of the experience unless otherwise arranged. To confirm your booking, we may request credit or debit card details. These will not be charged at the time of reservation. However, by providing your card information, you authorise The Nose Lab to charge the applicable fee in event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience. Payment methods accepted are:
- Cash
- Credit/debit card
- Bank transfer or MB Way
The invoice will be sent by e-mail after payment has been confirmed.
Changes & Cancellations In order to guarantee an efficient service, we offer a flexible rescheduling and cancellation policy, which can be managed directly by the client through our booking website up to 24 hours before the appointment . We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances. Clients will be notified in advance when possible.
No-show In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less then 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the total experience value will be charged. However, this amount mat be applied towards a rescheduled session, provided the new booking is made and confirmed within 30 days from the original date.
Refunds All experiences provided by The Nose Lab are non-refundable once they have been completed. By participating in any of our services, clients acknowledge that the experience has been delivered as agreed, and therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstances after the service has been rendered. Gift Cards must be paid in advance within 24 hours after submission. Once a Gift Card is issued, the recipient must schedule the experience within 30 days of the issuance date. After this period, the Gift Card expires and cannot be used or refunded. No exceptions will be made for unused or expired Gift Cards.
Health & Safety At The Nose Lab, we are committed to providing safe and responsible experiences. All perfumery materials used in our sessions are handled in accordance with EU safety regulations. We carefully select ingredients with known safety profiles and ensure our workspace follows hygiene and ventilation standards. Participants are required to inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that may affect their experience. Your wellbeing is our priority.
Limitation of Liability The Nose Lab is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or participation in our experiences.
Alternative Dispute Resolution The Nose Lab is a member of the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, authorized by Order 20/93 of May 4, of the Ministry of Justice, published in D.R.
