Exploring the invisible connection between aromas, memories and raw materials.

Wine & Perfumes

Wine and perfume share the same invisible language — aromas, memories and emotions.

On February 4th, The Nose Lab joined Mezzanine at Bairro Alto Hotel for Wines & Perfumes, a sensory experience designed to explore the world of wine through the lens of perfumery.

Guided by sommelier and perfumer Wilian Botignon, guests were invited to discover the aromatic connections between wines and perfume raw materials — exploring notes, ingredients and olfactory families that shape the way we perceive both creations.

For this first encounter, Wilian Botignon created an exclusive fragrance inspired by the olfactory profile of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, translating its characteristic aromas into a perfume composition and revealing the shared language between wine and scent.

This event marked the beginning of a series of wine experiences curated by Wilian Botignon at Mezzanine, taking place between February and May, where wine culture, sensory exploration and the art of scent came together in an intimate setting.

A journey beyond tasting — where every aroma tells a story.
